Avbook Custom Aviation Software for PHS

Avbook is a custom aviation booking and operations system developed by Media Booth for PHS. Originally built in 2020, it is used exclusively for aviation operations during the Melbourne F1 and MotoGP at Phillip Island, managing the full process from passenger bookings through to flight operations.

The system has been continually improved each year, with Media Booth also providing onsite technical support during both events.

BRS Custom Field Operations Platform

Built end-to-end, this custom field operations platform gives remedial building crews a mobile app to capture repairs on site, including photos, locations and measurements, while giving the office a live dashboard to review and approve the work.

The platform also produces client-ready reports and invoicing exports, with development completed using a hybrid approach combining Media Booth's in-house development team with an AI coding assistant.

ARSS Aviation Reporting Safety System

ARSS (Aviation Reporting Safety System) is a custom safety and operations platform we designed and built for a helicopter operator running scenic, charter and training flights across multiple bases.

It pulls live flight tracking, bookings, weather, digital tech logs, predictive maintenance and an on-site AI assistant into a single system, running on a private edge server the client owns, so sensitive operational data never leaves their control.

On Time Lapse AI Vision Platform

On Time Lapse is a custom AI vision platform that turns construction time-lapse cameras into a live safety and site-intelligence system.

Using custom-trained detection models, dedicated NVIDIA hardware and a modern web platform, it tracks workers, PPE, vehicles and heavy plant in near real time and converts site imagery into measurable safety and progress data.

AI Healthcare Referral Processing Platform

A custom platform we built for a healthcare products company that processes hundreds of care-provider referrals a week.

Referrals arrive as emails, PDFs, and scanned or handwritten forms. The system reads each one automatically, pulls out the client, order, and delivery details into a structured case, and drafts the quote, invoice, and reply emails ready for a person to check and send.

It matches products to the catalogue, routes clinical paperwork to the right people, and pushes approved documents straight into accounting. Every AI-generated action is reviewed by a human before anything leaves the building, helping the team save 4-6 hours per day, per staff member.

Marine Structures Private On-Premise AI Platform

Media Booth is currently developing a private, on-premise AI platform for Marine Structures, one of Australia's largest marine infrastructure manufacturers.

A compact on-site AI machine running its own language model lets the business query decades of quoting, cost, project and field data instantly, while keeping that information entirely within the business.

AI-Enabled Infrastructure Monitoring

We don't just host websites - we watch over them. Our hosting fleet runs on a custom Network Operations Centre (NOC) platform we built in-house, streamed live to a wall-board in our office with audio alerts.

It sweeps every client site every few minutes, catches outages, and continuously reconciles security, performance, DNS and billing across the whole fleet.

Solar Company CRM & Operations System

We built a complete solar-installation CRM - pipeline board, scheduling, customer comms, financial reporting and live inverter fleet monitoring - developed end-to-end with our in-house team and an AI coding assistant.

Under the hood: Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with live integrations into Xero, Sigenergy, Fox and Fronius Solar.web.

Every release is verified by an automated browser test suite and hardened through recurring AI-driven security audits and a human full stack developer review. PCI coming soon.
